This video was shot at Govind Ghat when most pilgrims were at Har Ki Pauri ghat. The flyover from where the video was taken is empty because it is a zero zone where only officials and media persons are allowed. The distance between Govind Ghat & Har Ki Pauri is 6-7 km.
