Guelph fire department responded to an apartment fire on Waterloo Ave early this morning. Fire is out. One occupant taken to hospital for smoke inhalation. GFD Fire Prevention Bureau is investigating the cause. GFD encourages all residents to have a fire escape plan. #Guelph
