Happy to share our paper out in Circulation, in which we developed a novel and robust protocol to generate cardiac pericytes, the most enigmatic cell type in the heart, from hiPSCs. we hope it will help better understand the role of cardiac pericytes in microvascular dysfunction.
I'm sad to share the news of Paul Berg's passing today. Paul was one of the greatest 20th century biochemists who founded Stanford Biochemistry. He was a friend and mentor who I will miss dearly. His passion and advocacy for science and education was infectious.
