Running today at Borrisokane Town parkrun Parkrun and bumped into the Sanctuary Runners Ireland himself, Mr Graham Clifford. Great morning. Thanks everyone!

In the afternoon I travelled to Borrisokane to join the Sanctuary Runners Ireland for a parkrun 🌳 before visiting an independent living centre for International Protection applicants in Tipperary where I spoke with some of the people who have made Borrisokane their home.
