Captain Henry and the Graveyard of Time #1 Captain Henry pierces the veil of death to assist a dead hunter to go to his final reward. Writers Mike Mignola & Bruce Zick, Artist & Colorist Bruce Zick: Zick’s Kirby-by-way-of-Mignola art conveys the otherworldly perfectly. 4.5/5

Planet Death #2 Corporal Scott is alone on an alien planet, with their ships searching for survivors. Writers Derek Kolstad & Robert Venditti, Artist Tomás Giorello, Colorist Sunny Gho: A bit of backstory to add some depth and context to the resplendently depicted mayhem. 5/5
