The finished fencing and pond dipping platform at The Dales Local Nature Reserve in north-west Ipswich. Thanks to funding from Suffolk CC . A newly surfaced pathway has also helped to improve access around this wonderful hidden gem. IpswichGov #volunteers

Two great days at the Suffolk Show thanks to SuffolkWildlifeTrust . With Ipswich Wildlife Group, almost 300 bug homes made with children & families, to take home. Lots of wildlife conversations too. Beautiful Marbled White butterflies now appearing in good numbers in rough grassland at Landseer Park, Ipswich, and mostly attracted to Knapweed flowers there (12th June 2025) BC Suffolk Branch Butterfly Conservation 🦋
