Just clearing up some confusion. Green last won a district title in baseball in 2005. This is how 2011 turned out, a loss to Racine Southern in district finals. I’ve seen this numerous places I just wanted to clear the air! 🤣

The season came to an end with a 7-1 loss against a very good Newark Catholic team. Many “experts” thought it would be a blowout, but we held our own except for two bad innings. Let’s run it back next season! I am proud to be a Bobcat!

Well since Jonathan pitched yesterday he will pitch on Sunday. For those of you watching my house I will be home watching the Game Changer! Excited for summer baseball ⚾️!

Most of the time post season awards leave me puzzled. Good thing I’m more team oriented, that’s the coach in me. I will say I’m proud of the season Jonathan and his team had. They accomplished a lot this season. And facing 248 batters and striking out 107 is impressive!
