Sarah Jeorge Mercedes Kaj-Erik Eriksen®️ Almost. Brandon Lee was killed by debris stuck in the barrel from a previous blank being fired from the gun, not a bullet. In this case an actual live round was fired from the gun and it never should have been allowed on set at all.
