Where is Twin Aire? The area a couple miles south of downtown has been labeled a misfunction junction since its mid-50s heyday. But today Great Places 2020 is unveiling a dynamic plan to make the neighborhood a hopping, vibrant place. #twinaire #keepindianapolisbeautiful
