Grangerland Intermediate, in partnership with St. Anthony of Padua Catholic Church and Communities in Schools of East Texas, was proud to provide Thanksgiving meals to 119 of our families this week! 🧡🍂

Right before Thanksgiving Break, Mrs. Grimes—our amazing Bilingual Math teacher—brought fractions to life with a festive twist! She introduced her students to pumpkin pie, a treat many of them had never tried before 🥧✨

Panther Palooza is this Fri-YAY! Permission slips have been sent home for students that can participate! ! Entry is $5 cash and can be brought to your child's homeroom teacher. If your child had perfect attendance for the 2nd 9 weeks, they are eligible to attend for FREE!

We have done an amazing job of raising money so far! Let's keep up the great work, Panthers!

Last Thursday, Author Alda P. Dobbs visited Grangerland and did a Spanish presentation to a couple of the 5th grade bi-lingual classes. Ms. Dobbs talked about the inspiration for her book, Barefoot Dreams of Petra Luna.
