Season Ticket for just short of 10 years. Here’s my boy at Forest 5 years ago in the league cup, when nobody thanked you for a ticket. Yet here we are today and people who’ve been to a couple of games this year get a final ticket ahead of him? Loyalty?🤔

tuiuk is it acceptable to close a complaint expecting customers to spend a week in a villa infested with cockroaches. No answer on phone, no replies to emails once home. Utterly deplorable customer service. Had to arrange our own alternative accommodation. No offer to resolve

Can everyone please share my previous post please. tuiuk have closed out complaint with zero compensation and zero correspondence. 2k holiday and £300 for alternative accommodation. Trip advisor reviews not permitted. Neighbours informed us this has been a long standing issue.
