Terrible service from E.ON Energy UK this morning... I’ve been on hold for over an hour and the online devices are down!! I need help ASAP!

Yet another company that hasn’t delivered on their promise @HarveysHQ Can someone get in touch to avoid me waiting for another hour on hold to customer services?!?!

Fed up of being on hold to Team Knowhow with no resolution. My fridge freezer has broken down 3 times in the last 18 months and the engineer arrives today with the wrong part! I’ve been misinformed several times and received no follow up when promised. The service is poor-help!

My account was hacked 2 weeks ago and the email address linked to the account has been changed and my mobile number deleted, so I can't get access to reset password or log back in! I've uploaded my ID a few times but had no response - please help me! @Facebook Facebook Security
