The Applicant was then offered a low award of compensation. This was again challenged. At final hearing, she received a much higher award of compensation for her complex PTSD. The Applicant has praised Rachael Gourley (@serjeantsinn) for all her support. Thank you, Rachael.

Lately, I've been reluctant to talk about complex and controversial issues on Twitter, because I've seen how it so quickly deteriorates into reductionist hate speech. But this isn't complex or controversial: these hate-filled racist riots are an abomination and must be stopped.

Next Monday, a statutory public inquiry will open into the deaths of mental health inpatients in Essex. Without the courage, persistence and determination of bereaved families and survivors campaigning - the inquiry would not be happening. bit.ly/4dOzQKb
