A man who detonated a low explosive device in the presence of police officers in #Gosport has been jailed.

Damian Mazurkiewicz, 54, appeared in court yesterday for sentencing.

Clint Herlihy, 47, of Blake Court in South Street #Gosport has been charged with two counts of breaching a closure order that was granted by Magistrates on 24 April.

He was bailed to appear at Portsmouth Magistrates’ Court on 30 May this year.

Graham Sandell, 43, and of Jamaica Place in Gosport, has been charged with communicating false information (bomb hoax).

He'll appear in court next month.
