Kwa Ndebele by Selota. Very clear message. Very clear. The rest is toxic. Reality has prevailed. The journey continues...get ready...get used. Ndi mmene ziliri. Muona kuti mutani. The majority is smart. Kwa Ndebele. It's a matter of hours.

Listening to Mulungu Ndiye Life by Mr Kokoto. Simple, accurate, and timely. Time to continue building our nation. One place to live One nation One people One destiny One future One responsibility May God continue to bless our nation.

Let us build our nation. The time is now and now! It's a syllabus we are covering. We tend to scramble and fight for poverty, mostly. Let's generate wealth and progress. We are a great people. The greatness is in our mindset. The mind is the most important for our success.

Standard Bank, you saw the crowd that left immediately Shekhina went on stage last night at Kumbali. You might wish to review how you select headliners for this great annual event. Last year, it was the same. Malawi music has grown. Malawians are embracing their musicians.

Certainly, the local artists were way ahead of Shekhina. Teresa, Njuchi, etc.were better in every aspect. Whoever is responsible for selecting headliner artists for the Standard Bank Live @ Kumbali must recalibrate. If it's an addiction for international artists, rehabilitate.

Standard Bank, try an ALL local LIVE @ Kumbali. Gwamba, Njuchi, Namadingo, Phondo, Fredokiss, Sanjie,Driemo, Kelly Kay, Phyzix, Black Nina, the list is long. The art you are importing is not export quality, in my view. The evidence is clear. I am sure you saw it last night.

That notwithstanding, the organisation was great. Perfect ambience befitting a bank of your stature. A rare opportunity to interact freely. An impeccable and creative choice of venue.Great stage sound and lighting. It's just the choice of headliner artist that needs rethinking.

As we continue to thank God for the grace, privilege, and opportunity to establish Zodiak, I will be announcing what I think and believe are the best radio voices of all times. Three females and three males. I can mention one today, Benson Tembo. The rest, later.

Eli Njuchi, Namadingo, Phondo, Sanjie et al, stay focused. I have confidence (me) you will bring forex more than our tobacco and beans soon. The hustle will become real. Keep this.

It is how Driemo successfully utilises the usage of slippery vocabulary in Pensulo that surprises me. Separating himself from the majority. The music video could have been better, but that doesn't take away the thoughtful aligning of the lyrics.

I enjoy a spectrum of foreign music genres also. These are the first 20 international pieces that kept me company during my life's journey in 2025. Music that spoke to me.

These are the first twenty songs that consumed most of my listening in 2025. In some, I admired the lyrics, some the voice, some the simplicity, some the creativity. All art done well. Some surprised me by their depth.

Why am I thinking South Africa lost to Cameroon because of their kit? Why am I thinking what they put on is not the winning kit? There is something about what you put on. My judgement might be faulty, but white is not an SA soccer team colour.

Ndidzaimbabe by the Black Missionaries, an example of how music shall always be. Done many years before many were born but still prevaling and obtaining.

All Over You by Freddie Jackson is the song that Lawrence Waya requested me to play when I interviewed him in a radio program I was hosting called Guest of the Week in 1993. Pakanthawi ndithu.
