I am saying, Eric Fish, there must be many more #Chinese-#Americans like #LindaSun throughout our society. #China’s efforts to weaponize ethnic Chinese have been larger than most realize.

I am saying that certain transactions are essentially borrowings but not reported on financial statements as such.

Yes, #China has a plan, but the plan involves countries in the #GlobalSouth agreeing to become, in effect, colonies. Neocolonialism does not sound like a sustainable plan.

It appears #China is using loans and perhaps grants to obtain access to #Africa’s markets. This could be a cynical move, but if it isn’t #Beijing is desperate.

#Hotlines with #China are useless. #Chinese military officers do not answer the phone until political leaders in #Beijing have decided what to do. That can take a long time.

We must condemn, but we must also impose severe costs on #China for what constituted a mass murder with #COVID19.
