Congratulations to Dr Sujatha Vipperla and Dr Sarita Rao for the delivery of the 16th annual women cardiac care meeting. It was a joy to see so many women delivering world class lectures and live cases. This meeting wasn't about being cute and getting a bunch of women on the podium.

PREVENT favors stenting..

DCBs are meant for drug delivery only. To be used at not more than nominal pressures (most have 6-8 ATMs). Make sure lesion prep adequately (<30% residial, not more than type B disection or FFR <0.80). This happens if you use DCB at> nominal. Learning curve!
