Fresh off the back of the Schneider Electric Marathon de Paris, GoodGym Hounslow had a fun and productive evening supporting the nature project The Cavendish School. The area is being transformed into a mini outdoor amphitheatre and nature classroom, and we are thrilled to be involved!

The rain may have dampened our running kit but it did not dampen our spirits as we had our regular visit to @Chiswick_House last night. Thanks to Philippa and Gabby who brilliantly guided us through how to stop bindweed strangling alliums and also the joy of sticky willy!

We're looking forward to visiting Hounslow Community FoodBox tonight to lend a hand. This incredible organisation is an invaluable resource for local people struggling with the cost of living, we can't wait to get stuck in!

So excited to marshal at @wlqp_org's 10km charity walk this Saturday. As well as celebrating Pride month this fantastic event will raise funds for Motor Neuron Disease Association (MNDA). As we say goodbye to the incomparable Rob Burrow CBE, there couldn't be a better time to do it.

Every woman should be free to run when and where she wants. Last night GoodGym we waved the flag for night safety in collaboration with This Girl Can to raise awareness about the #liftthecurfew initiative. Getting active after dark should be a right not a privilege

We were honoured to be given an award by the local legends at The Chiswick Calendar last night. GoodGym Hounslow are the proud recipients of a CRAP (Chiswick Residents Active articipation...in case you were wondering) award! It was a great event which celebrated community ❤️
