Excited to share the results of my master thesis with @jewettlab_NU, Gonzalez Research Group, and LanzaTech Global. We used iPROBE to identify improved reverse beta-oxidation pathways and implemented the most promising variants into E. coli and C. autoethanogenum! biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
