Last day of 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 golf trip and a round at Moray Golf Club Old. A fine way to finish with blue skies and only a hint of breeze. Great course and clubhouse and their library still has the odd decent book in it @SProctorGolf. Spent the night in a B&B overlooking the 18th green

Wonderful day at Ganton Golf Club in the sunshine. Course in great condition and lived up to its reputation as one of the best in the country. Lovely to see Harry Rountree’s original painting of the 18th adorning the walls too

Just landed on Iona and looking forward to a game with Finlay MacDonald later this afternoon. The sun is trying to make an appearance so 🤞. Time for some pre golf reading courtesy of Jim Hartsell and No Laying Up

Just pre-ordered Matchless by @SProctorGolf and looking forward to it arriving. Sorry Stephen, I know you prefer us not to order from Amazon but they've just knocked a fiver off it...

Just found this video I’ve never seen before, posted by Kevin Diss on YouTube last week and it is an utter joy. Palmer v Jacklin on a composite course made of the best 18 links holes in Britain. So much to love about it especially Longhurst’s commentary youtu.be/MBY8o6KN0oo?si…

Great to see a very rare appearance by Cecil Leitch on prime time BBC1 as part of a wider Antiques Roadshow piece on women’s golf @SProctorGolf

Currently enjoying “50 years of golf” by Andrew Kirkaldy first published in 1921. Great tales of life in St Andrews but I thought this short passage was wonderful and as true today as it was then
