Today we have applied a liquidated chelated iron dose. Applications of chelated iron can be helpful to harden the turf against disease at this time of year when infections become higher risk. it also gives a lush green look.

GETTING TO AND FROM THE GOLF CENTRE ON SUNDAY 26TH SEPTEMBER Please be aware that on Sunday 26th September Bolton is hosting an IronMan event. Access to Regent Park Golf Centre should be from the A58 (Beaumont Road) or (Victoria Road) going westbound along Chorley New Road.

Today we're verti-draining the greens. The objective is to aerate the soil and relive compaction 6 inches down. we tested the soil and found we had a compacted layer at around 6-7 inches. We're hoping this process breaks the layer and allows moisture to drain through the soil
