NIH will only pay 15% indirects now? Is this true? Thats going to hurt all USA academic institutions.

The cut of indirect funds from the NIH (from 50% to 15 at OSU) is not retroactive. Which is good. Power is still on! No job losses. Not a great start to a Monday, but not as bad as it could have been.
