From talking to others, and my experience with Fire and Fang Book 2, it sounds like Amazon pre-orders (for indie authors using their dashboard) have been broken for weeks, if not months. You submit it, and it just sits there in "publishing" status.

Shout out to typo hunter Rick who pointed out an error in the Wreylith novella. A brassiere is REALLY different from a brasserie. :O
