Thank you everyone who attended the BOTA session at the BOA Congress last week. As you can see from our key slides preliminary national results show overall excellent results! Interesting is STU/P/T difference at middle grade level, though!

Wouldn’t it be good if exit interviews for people leaving the #NHS were done by people independent of the hierarchy to learn what would retain them ?
