GoBike Velo-City Deliveries ZedifyGLA Kinetics Glasgow City Council Help Barriers have appeared under the M8 on garscube road. I don't believe they are Equality act compliant and disable all adapted cycles and cargobikes. They need to be removed. Cosybike has been Disabled.

🧵1/3. 🚴‍♀️This morning, Cycling UK senior policy officer, Monica Scigliano appeared on BBC Breakfast red couch to discuss e-cycles vs motorbikes, couriers, and cycle safety.

Today we measured the narrowest point on the strange plastic chicanes that have appeared at the Garscube Road / Dobbie's Loan underpass at 86cm. According to the workers, they saw a wheelchair get past so it's fine. Is this your official accessibility process Transport Scotland ?

GoBike Transport Scotland Should be 1.5m clearance from their own guidance. Not sure why they’re there in the first place 🤷‍♂️

With consultations ongoing for extended north & southside cycle networks, I've seen more chat that no one uses existing lanes 🙄 🚲 This counter on the #SouthCityWay had counted 473(!) bikes by 8.45am yesterday morning alone. 1,014 by 5.15pm (see pic). #BuildItAndTheyWillCome
