It's been a while so, what's for dinner folks? Last night I made a crockpot beef stew with potatoes that was sooooooo good. (I can use leftovers later to make a pot pie.) Tonight we've having herb roasted chicken with roasted sweet potatoes, salad & rice. The chicken smells good!
