My dog Ruadh’s modelling my referendum day tie. Can’t believe it’s ten years to the day since I bought it on my way to anchor the #indyref results. An inconsequential choice compared to the big vote I was covering 🗳️ but happily it matched the yes/no colours on the BBC set.

It’s a story about me but it could be a story about anyone and it’s far more optimistic than you might think.
