Todays peep session was extra special with our relaxing spa experience 🧖‍♀️ lots of lovely ideas shared for parents and children to bond before bedtime and make sure we are all extra sleepy 😴 I wonder if anyone else is as tired out as we are tonight? 😂❤️

Our children have been showing a big interest in transport over the past wee while! We have followed up this interest through making our own train station in the garden, going on walks to spot different types of vehicles and went on a short journey on a train 🚂🚎🚁

The children in 2’s room have had an interest in farms recently so today we got a visit from a big red tractor! The children were so excited “wow” “big tyres” “it’s a big one” 🚜🐄🐑

The children in the 2’s room have been exploring our features. We have been using the outdoor mirrors to identify our hair and eye colour👀 We made a list to see what colours where the most common in our room👁 The children loved making funny faces too😋😎

The 2’s have been enjoying a variety of Halloween activities this week! They have loved painting pumpkins, water play and using the cutters to cut out spooky shapes with the playdough🎃🎨

Remember remember the 5th of November 🎇🎆 our little learners had their very own fireworks celebration. We made chocolate dipped sparklers, sang songs, had a little fireworks display and waved our handmade sparklers!

A big thumbs up from everyone who attended our Make & Taste session for their cheese and ham toasties 🤤!! Some children tried new foods such as red onion and lettuce! We love how involved you all get and how much you enjoy our sessions 🥰

Our little learners have been engaging in lots of Christmas themed role play. The Polar Express has been a firm favourite. We’ve explored this further through stories, songs, sensory experiences and then some hot milk on a cold afternoon 🚂

Our popular sessions with our families at our Make and Taste on Monday turned out to be another fun afternoon making recipes together.
