Just announced: Windermere High junior Andres Giron has been named Florida Dairy Farmers Mr. Weightlifting and Leesburg’s Josh Boyer is the 2023 coach of the year. Giron won the 3A Traditional-style state title for 2nd year in a row and the Olympic-style title at 169 pounds.
