We loved the great Don Pippin & he loved us both. His was such a knowledgeable head and we last worked with his help on ‘Dear World’ that DGL directed & choreographed w. Betty Buckley - always fun, kind and a true gentleman of the Theatre. RIP Don

Today is a sad day - but also a day of celebration - we lost (Dame Gillian Lynne DBE) -my Gillie- 4 years ago today: July 1st 2018. Finally her husband, Peter, is able to look at grief without toppling in. You are so missed Gillie and your legacy continues strongly: Lynne and Land Foundation

I have spent four years girding my loins to enable me to sing for my departed Gillie I believed this was the right moment. I was blessed with so much help from everyone Involved and wonderful support from all who attended.   What a night - it has given me a lifetime of memories.

Gillie would be there with bells on —- saying that, she probably will be there during our Run at the Oso Theatre - Barnes: Sept 27 - October 9. It’s a great fun Show.

Gillie was and is a great believer of the tireless Director/Writer : Ian McFarlane & as for the Man playing Aubrey Everett - she is there every night making sure he doesn’t come off the rails - Book now as it’s such huge fun. pl

Oh no the great & glorious Lucy Simon has left us. Gillie did her fabulous The Secret Garden at the RSC & they will be so happy to see each other upstairs. Lucy was so wonderful to be &with such fun - I am devastated as her darling family will be. RIP Lucy #greatbroadwaycomposer

Gillie knew him and loved him as I do as an Actor of such depth and empathy with a voice & looks never bettered. Alastair Sim as Scrooge just melts your heart. The brilliance of his work with this character is beyond glorious - the last half hour had me in floods of tears. Bravo

The continuing work for young people in the arts is a potent reminder of Gillie’s enormous generosity. pl
