For bereaved families, physical keepsakes are a powerful way of remembering their loved one. Hope House & Tŷ Gobaith Children's Hospices used the Memory Making Grant funded by Morrisons fundraising to purchase a variety of items, like heartbeat bears and jewellery, to create tangible memories for families.
