Trekked to #Yaletown on Sunday to meet friends for croissants. So many choices at Angus T Bakery & Café! Tried the Double Baked Almond croissant there and packed an Earl Grey and a Hazelnut Coffee for home.

This week's long run was 13 km. My longest run distance to date! Ran to #Burnaby 's Central Park, did a couple of loops around the park, and back into #Vancouver . The sun came out near the end of my run and I snapped one pic of some spring blossoms!

Finally tried happy hour Hy's Steakhouse ... and YES, we tried the cheese toast! Also ordered the scallops & maple hickory bacon and the Hy's meatballs. Attentive service and delicious food!
