Desalination is blooming worldwide. Here, we are investigating the effects of hypesaline and antiscalant with the #seagrass Halophia stipulacea. In pictures, our postdoc Dr. Hung Manh Nguyen Hung Manh Nguyen, PhD and PhD candidate Ryan Sirota are sampling leaf tissues for qPCR analysis.

Our team members (Hung Manh Nguyen, PhD and The seagrass lab) went on a mission with our collaborators from #Belmaker_Lab (Tel Aviv University) to collect #Cymodocea_nodosa for a #seagrass restoration project aiming to protect the Israeli Med coastline and secure a good future for seagrass!
