Our CUT&RUN-LoV-U protocol is now online Development doi.org/10.1242/dev.20… Please use it to map the genome-wide binding pattern of non-DNA binders FYI, it works well also with all types of targets We'd LoV ❤️ to know how this protocol works in your hands - please feedback!

Very proud of my first accepter research paper! Thanks to all the people that contribute to this work and to Claudio Cantù for the opportunity given me journals.biologists.com/dev/article/14…

A new CUT&RUN low volume-urea (LoV-U) protocol optimized for transcriptional co-factors uncovers Wnt/β-catenin tissue-specific genomic targets An #OpenAccess Techniques and Resources Article from Gianluca Zambanini, Claudio Cantù, et al Linköpings universitet journals.biologists.com/dev/article/14…

Want to know: 1) HOW to detect non-DNA-binding Factors via #CUTNRUN 2) WHERE beta-catenin physically goes genome-wide after #WNT 3) WHEN the chromatin response is plastic or elastic Attend (and RT!) the webinar by Gianluca Zambanini & Pierfrancesco Pagella Hosted by antibodies-online.com ⬇️

Efforts superbly driven by Simon Söderholm Amaia Pierfrancesco Pagella with experimental & intellectual help from Valeria Ghezzi Gianluca Zambanini Anna Nordin We are at Wallenberg Centre For Molecular Medicine_Linköping Linköpings universitet Sponsored by KAW Vetenskapsrådet Cancerfonden Linköpings universitet 🙏

It started in 2018 as a 3 week internship in Claudio Cantù lab. It later became thesis, scholarship and a research assistant. Now is time to leave this fantastic place. Thanks to all that made my time here the best time of my life (inside and outside the lab) Linköpings universitet

The #UNCOUPLING of #WNT target gene expression previously on bioRxiv is now with #PeerReview in Experimental Cell Research By Simon Söderholm Amaia Pierfrancesco Pagella Valeria Ghezzi Gianluca Zambanini Anna Nordin CantùLab is Wallenberg Centre For Molecular Medicine_Linköping sciencedirect.com/science/articl…

Very proud to be part of this amazing work by my former colleagues at Claudio Cantù lab in Linköping Sweden! Congrats Anna Nordin and Pierfrancesco Pagella!

I am incredibly proud to be part of this amazing work with Anna Nordin together with Pierfrancesco Pagella at Claudio Cantù laboratory!

If you are interested in WNT and colon cancer don’t miss the last publication of the Cantù lab! An analysis on the physical interaction of TBX with b-catenin in CRC! If you don’t have much time just read the tweetorial from Claudio Cantù at Linköpings universitet

Have you ever wondered what happens to the #3Dgenome when #WNT is activated? Anna Nordin did, and found that CTCF is involved in induction of #WNT targets w/ Chaitali Chakraborty Mattias E. Really happy to be part of this great project! Congrats to all the author and to the Cantù lab! Anna Nordin Pierfrancesco Pagella Claudio Cantù

We're looking for a masters student to join the MundlosLab in Berlin ! 🔥 Learn how to apply new synthetic biology tools to re-design the mammalian non-coding genome and study how enhancers regulate transcription in embryos. 💚

Check out the last Preprint from the Cantù lab! Happy to see this project out 🎉 Thanks to all the people that made this possible Claudio Cantù, Pierfrancesco Pagella and the entirety of the Cantù’s! Special thanks to Anna Nordin for her majestic work on this!

🚨Preprint alert🚨 Excited to share the #preprint version of our work MundlosLab ! Curious about how a transposable element (TE) insertion can cause developmental phenotypes? 🧬🦠🐁 Check the 🧵 below and the full version on BiorXiv: biorxiv.org/content/10.110…

Ever wondered how bats develop wings from their hands? 🦇✨ Check out our new preprint and the thread below! 🤓 👏Big applause to our amazing first authors @M_Schindler_ and Christian Feregrino and thanks to all our co-authors for their help! 🥂 biorxiv.org/content/10.110…
