A watershed day for the UK. The Safety of Rwanda Act has received Royal Assent. This means the UK is now committed in law to deporting refugees to Rwanda & to declaring that country 'safe' even when it has been judged not to be safe. An Orwellian authoritarian & dehumanising law.
