$ABVX describes itself as a biotechnology company, but it is not involved in biotechnology at all. Abivax is a small pharmaceutical company. It seems that the company's management is unclear about what biotechnology actually means.

German media are reporting that Ottobock, the German global market leader for prosthetics and high-tech medical devices, will soon go public. Ottobock is the largest shareholder in my favorite medtech company, Onward Medical $ONWD. A complete takeover would not surprise me.
