I would be very happy with this. The organization needs A complete overhaul. No more firing the head coach and keeping the GM or firing the GM and keeping the head coach. We need a clean start at both positions.

It’s a hill I am willing to die on, all football stadiums should have retractable roofs. I am sorry, but the quality of play is greatly diminished by playing in snow/rain. Players should be able to play at their highest levels, not play against an opponent and elements.
