Re-sharing for the morning crew. Yesterday was the penultimate day of In Memory of Fern Foster’s inquest, Day 10.
Director of Children’s Services reviewed the case file and wrote two statements. In evidence he remembered a conversation not recorded, and he stood by decisions taken by BCS
