I don't usually post tweets but I am just amazed that Gordon Johnson just apparently libeled Tesla live on CNBC and, when asked to clarify, repeated the claim. I'm not a law expert but it seems unusually risky behavior even for someone as craven as this son-of-a-GM exec.
