Thanks to the secondary school teachers from North Lanarkshire who took part in our CLPL workshops today! We ran Understanding the Hydrograph, Impacts of Climate Change and Monitoring Volcanoes😃

We had a great day running a rocks and soils themed day with teachers from South Lanarkshire! We ran three workshops: Intro to Geology, The Role of Soils and Soil Analysis in the Field!🪨☀️

Today we ran fieldwork with East Dunbartonshire teachers. We explored river site selection, collected data using appropriate equipment (such as rubber ducks), and analysed the results. Teachers can now borrow the equipment to run fieldwork with their own students! stninsgeog

Outdoor classroom week, day 4…the teachers turn! ☀️ we went out with GeoBus to learn about measuring the river and how to manage pupils in the river for H&AH assignments! We loved it ☀️ 💧 St Ninian's HS Mr Killin
