Took some time out today for a mindful walk after the rain. Utter bliss to just walk and notice.

Pen licenses cause so much stress, anxiety and deeply impact the child's self esteem, wellbeing and love of writing. Also, I know no adults who meet current primary handwriting standards, should we a be writing in pencil still?

This needs to change.

Facing homelessness with 2 young children, 1 who is Autistic and 1 who is classed as a Young Carer. Apparently we earn to much to get help from council, my son's needs are not taken into account as no consultant anymore and we can't afford current private rents.
