Things I wish I had learned about statistical power in grad school: (1) A study doesn't have *a* power; each analysis in your study has a power. Asked these questions at start of my #REBAwellbeing Employee Wellbeing Congress session today. Q1: Around 90% yes. Q2: Around 70% yes. Then I asked - "How many of you have ever discussed the questions under Q3 before?": Around 5%. Not unique I feel to #HR or #Wellbeing.
