Despite the winter weather, Geis Construction continues to make progress at Fleet Response’s new headquarters building in Hudson, Ohio. With delivery of steel last week, the building frame is taking shape.

Geis recently finished the renovation of the existing vacant area connected to Wild Eagle Steak and Saloon for their restaurant expansion. This project included 8 new glass overhead doors with indoor entertainment.

Isla de Los Angeles is an urban infill project slated to deliver 54 shipping container homes for the previously homeless. Sponsored by a collaborative of non-profit organizations and investors, Isla is nearing completion of site utilities.

2 years ago we completed a project that continues to make a major impact. Dave's Supermarket allows many children and families to have access to fresh produce and holds free healthy cooking classes so that residents of the inner city can learn how to cook and be healthy!

Geis continues to make progress on Wild Eagle Steak and Saloon in Streetsboro, OH. The 11,000 sf saloon-style restaurant with indoor entertainment is due to open this May!

Significant progress continues to be made at the Brooks Life Sciences Repository Project. This 21,137 sf, two-story freezer storage building at the Cleveland Clinic with additional office space is scheduled to be completed this May.
