Here is UN OCHA Ethiopia's open support and endorsement of the ethnic cleansing and annexation of southern Tigray. We have seen them do the same with Western Tigray before. These places are crime scenes that will have to be thoroughly investigated.

As long as the Addis regime retains unchecked and exclusive war-making powers, threat of genocidal war on Tigray and others remains ever-present.
Security provision cannot rely on the regime, a notorious perpetrator of atrocities, making immediate focus on DDR a red herring.
