Teaching about the consequences of Climate Change on the UK; increased rainfall/storms/extreme events etc etc and ON👏🏻CUE👏🏻 the heavens just open. An unexpected, hard-hitting, huge hail storm thunders down during an otherwise sunny day. Twas’ a beautiful Geography moment for me.

NEW: An Oxford study estimating the environmental impact of 57,000 food products in the UK and Ireland has been published. Researchers found that plant-based foods have the lowest environmental impacts and more nutritious foods are often more sustainable. 🧵⬇️

A fantastic article with a whole load of resources for #Drought and/or #GlobalWarming with regards to the Climate Crisis. I love teaching what data actually looks like in real terms too; make the connection between the statistics (left) to what it means in real life (right).
