Heathrow’s third runway has been SCRAPPED in favour of a “better not bigger” strategy. David Cameron savaged prime minister Gordon Brown’s support for a third runway at Heathrow in 2008 saying it should be made “better not bigger” prime minister Theresa May said the same in 2009.
