The cold PV-core air masses are pushed over the Pacific as a new WaF hits PV over Sibiria => PV-core turns weaker and warmer => new SSW and the first indications of a PV-split (M1) are seen. Speculative yes, but the strong WaF it's there. Thanks to Metdesk.com for fig
