If it is true that soon a large proportion of Americans will have been infected by Corona AND will have recovered (and are no longer at risk or are no longer spreading the virus), will these individuals need to stay at home. Why? Will they be able to fill critically needed jobs?

In addition, will there be different categories of people: the Recovered and the At-Risk, and will they have different status. If Governor Newsom is correct on the amount of infection, there will be a hierarchy of two "castes" and how will we deal with it.
