Well done to all the kids at Langlees Primary and Carronshore Primary for participating in the introduction to Taekwon-Do classes! They did very well 👏 We were working on teamwork games, kicking and punching pads, and at the end of classes, discussing the 5 tenets of Taekwon-Do.

Good session Westquarter Primary with the kids this morning, teaching basic Taekwon-Do skills, including teamwork games, and talking about anti bullying towards the end of the session! Shawmartialarts.co.uk

It was a good session this morning with 3 groups of kids, introducing Taekwon-Do to them at the Tryst community sports cub easter camp.

Medal winners from the latest Taekwon-Do competition in Glasgow. 13 competitors, 26 medals, including 10 gold positions. Well done, team GSMA 👏 Shawmartialarts.co.uk
