Been consistent getting the weights in trying to continue gaining weight. Had to get some work in before the roads got slick tonight. Still having to adjust some lifts due to the back muscle but got to get that work in. 1% better each day!!

Took a road trip with pops and little bro to watch ASUMH Baseball Landon Hay play TJC Apache Baseball in Tyler today. Trailblazers were tough but it slipped away at the end. TJC is a tough team but the future is bright for Coach Hay and the Trailblazers.

Got some great pitching mechanics/lower half focus, hitting/leveling the shoulders, and power work in this week at ZLP. 1% better each day and trusting the process. Starting to see the gains stack up. Excited for my Junior season with my teammates at Trinity. Landon Hay
